Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your Lavender Hill Clothing purchase. However, if you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange, please follow the instructions below.
Returns
1. Start your return
Visit our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Enter your email address or telephone number along with your order number to begin your return. Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason for the return.
2. Send your return
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with further instructions.

Please include your order number as the parcel reference.
Please note:
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
If you use our returns label, £3.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the postage cost.
3. Refunds & exchanges
Once we have received your parcel, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
Important Information
If you qualified for free delivery and return your full order, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in a resalable condition with swing tags attached.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of face masks or knickers.
Exchanges
If the replacement item costs less than the returned item, we will refund the difference. If it costs more, we will contact you to arrange the additional payment before dispatching the exchange item.
Standard delivery charges apply to exchanged items, and we will contact you for authorisation before processing any additional payment.

No, if you return the order using the address label provided we will deduct £3.95 from your refund. (UK orders only).
Exchanges are complimentary.
Please note that we do not include a returns label within international orders as we do not cover the returns postage for these orders.
In the unlikely event a product is received faulty, please notify us by email (enquiries@lavenderhillclothing.live) or telephone as soon as possible. We will provide you with a reference number. The faulty item should be returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of the product using our Returns Portal and ensure that you add a note to describe the nature of the fault so we can investigate.
Provided we accept the item as faulty, we will offer you a gift card for the price you paid.
Once your parcel has been received by us, we will process the returns as quickly as possible but it can take up to 10 working days to deal with your request.
When we have dealt with your return, we will confirm this to you by email. Please remember that it can take 3-4 days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.
If, after sending your return to us, you have not received our email confirmation within 10 working days, please contact us so that we can investigate.
